Marcus is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of professional experience spanning audit, financial management, and executive leadership across the Middle East and global markets.

Over the course of his distinguished career, Marcus has served as CFO for major retail and distribution organizations, where he led financial strategy, corporate governance, capital structuring, risk management, and profit optimization through periods of high growth and transformation. His international experience and deep command of financial discipline bring a powerful strategic perspective to ABIO Holdings’ multi-country operations.

Marcus’s background includes extensive work in external audit, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory oversight—skills that will be invaluable as ABIO Fund expands and as ABIO Holdings continues to scale its renewable energy, storage, and data center asset portfolios.

As CFO, Marcus will lead the financial strategy of the ABIO ecosystem, overseeing corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, investor relations, and the financial governance of ABIO Fund, ABIO Power, ABIO Greenergy, and ABIO Engy. His leadership will support the company’s mission to build a sustainable and financially resilient platform for large-scale clean-energy deployment.
