ABIO Power is designed to operate across various electricity markets, managing the sale, purchase, and balancing of energy generated from solar parks, BESS facilities, and other green assets within the ABIO ecosystem. Its mission is to transform raw megawatts into stable value through strategic trading, forecasting, market intelligence, and advanced optimization models.

The creation of ABIO Power represents a key step in ABIO Holdings’ vertical integration strategy. By adding an in-house trading capability, the Group strengthens its ability to capture value across the full lifecycle of energy assets—from development and construction to operation and market optimization. The company will focus on real-time trading, day-ahead and long-term market positioning, and smart dispatch strategies for hybrid solar-plus-storage systems.
